Hähnchen im Römertopf

Pfeifer´s landei, Kirchstraße 1, Schweighausen

Ein besonders schmackhaftes Hähnchen Rezept von Pfeifer´s Landei. Einfach zuzubereiten und mit dem ganz besonderen Geschmack.

Den Römertopf 20 min. wässern
* Gemüse grob schneiden (Möhren, Sellerie, Lauch, Zwiebel, Apfel)
* Marinade für das Hähnchen in einer Schale mischen:
Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Öl und etwas Honig –> mit der Marinade das Hähnchen einpinseln
* das marinierte Hähnchen auf das Gemüsebett in den Römertopf legen, Deckel verschließen und in den kalten Backofen auf unterste Schiene stellen
* je nach Größe des Hähnchens bei 180 Grad 60 bis 80 Minuten garen, dann den Deckel öffnen und 30-40 knusprig fertig braten
